Delegates applying for participation must meet eligibility requirements outlined in the Delegate Handbook and official applications.
MEI reserves the right to deny or terminate access to individuals who violate these Terms.

2. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including but not limited to logos, images, videos, copy, designs, and trademarks, is the property of Miss Empire International Organization and protected by copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

3. Delegate Participation

Entry into MEI competitions is subject to official rules, regulations, and eligibility requirements provided in the Delegate Handbook.
All fees paid (entry, sponsorship, advertising, etc.) are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Delegates must comply with the MEI Code of Conduct and uphold the reputation of the organization.

4. Recruitment & Partnerships

Recruiters and partners must enter into a written agreement with MEI. Unauthorized recruitment, representation, or sponsorship on behalf of MEI is prohibited and might result in legal actions against the party in violation.

5. Limitation of Liability

MEI and its directors, staff, and affiliates are not liable for:

Personal injury, accidents, or property loss during events or travel.
Technical issues, website downtime, or third-party errors.
Damages resulting from misuse or unauthorized use of content.

6. Website Use

Users may view and download limited content for personal, non-commercial use only.
Users may not post or upload harmful content, spam, or material that infringes intellectual property rights.

7. Payments & Transactions

Payments for entry fees and other services may be made through Zelle, PayPal, or official MEI platforms.
PayPal transactions incur an 8% transaction fee.
Unauthorized chargebacks or fraudulent transactions will result in immediate disqualification.

8. Termination of Services

We may suspend or terminate access to our website, programs, or events if a user or delegate violates these Terms, the Code of Conduct, or any applicable laws.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.
