At Miss Empire International Organization (MEI), we are committed to transparency regarding all payments and fees. Please read this Refund Policy carefully, as it applies to all entry fees, sponsorship payments, advertising sales, merchandise orders, and related transactions.

1. Entry Fees & Payments

  • All entry fees, deposits, and installment payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • This policy applies regardless of withdrawal, disqualification, or inability to compete for any reason (including illness, scheduling conflicts, or personal circumstances).

  • Delegates who fail to complete payments according to the official payment schedule risk forfeiting their title and entry.

2. Sponsorships & Advertising Sales

  • Payments made by sponsors, advertisers, or third parties on behalf of a delegate are also non-refundable.

  • Sponsorship funds cannot be transferred to another delegate, division, or event year.

3. Merchandise (Crowns, Sashes, Apparel, etc.)

  • All crown and sash orders are final sale and cannot be refunded, exchanged, or returned once production has begun.

  • Pageant-related merchandise (such as branded apparel or accessories) is also final sale, unless an item arrives damaged or defective. In such cases, MEI must be notified in writing within 7 business days of delivery for resolution.

4. Event Tickets

  • Tickets purchased for pageant events are non-refundable.

  • In the case of event cancellation by MEI, ticket holders may be offered a credit or rescheduled date at MEI’s discretion.

5. PayPal & Transaction Fees

  • All PayPal payments are subject to an 8% processing fee, which is non-refundable.

  • Delegates and sponsors are responsible for ensuring accurate payments via PayPal, Zelle, or the Delegate Portal.

6. Transfers & Rollovers

  • Payments cannot be transferred to another individual, delegate, or future pageant year without written authorization from MEI.

  • MEI reserves the right to deny rollover requests at its sole discretion.

7. Organizational Discretion

In rare and exceptional cases, MEI may, at its sole discretion, provide partial credits or alternative accommodations. This does not waive MEI’s general no-refund policy.

8. Agreement

By submitting payment to Miss Empire International Organization, all delegates, sponsors, and payees acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.
